Supposedly In the early 70s' near Rudy Inlet--also in Virginia Beach-- there was a very small park called "The Loop". It was located on a small triangle plot of land where Atlantic and Pacific Avenue meet. There is a small Sky Coaster there now.

Still confusing 2025. The was an amusement something there and sometimes Rufus Loop mentioned but not the exact place.
