I have been unable to find anything about this park besides the Roller Coaster information below. In Spencer there is the Clay County Fairgrounds. There was once a 'Woodcliff Ballroom' in Spencer. It might be noted there WAS a Spencer Beach in Iowa in the area of present Arnold's Park.

Peck's Park had a Figure 8 Roller Coaster from unknown date till 1929. It had a Roller Coaster named Giant Coaster from 1930 till unknown date.
